Creates a new CmsSynchronize object which automatically start the synchronisation process.

Parameters:

cms - the current CmsObject

settings - the synchonization settings to use

report - the report to write the output to

Throws:

CmsException - if something goes wrong

CmsSynchronizeException - if the synchronization process cannot be started
