The modules are available free of charge. You can download them from here or from the download area at www.opencms.org site (though the modules there may be lagging a bit behind as far as being the latest and greatest version).
The modules and documentation are released under GNU licenses or Commons Creative licenses, please refer to the individual modules for further information regarding license.

The module provides functionality to quickly create web forms and to collect data from the forms as the users submits it. Includes an example of how to use this to make a mail form as well as save the collected data to the database (by means of a simple database abstraction layer).
